How do I respond and 'get credit' for the exercises I do?
You must respond to your exercise notification, so MobileNetWorkout can give you credit. There are three ways to respond:
  • Email - reply to your email notification with the word "done" in the body of the email.
  • SMS - reply to your SMS text message notification with the word "done".
  • Online - Once logged in at MobileNetWorkout, click on the "done" button on your "Dashboard".
How long do I have to respond to challenges so that my responses 'count'?
You have 24 hours to complete exercises for 'credit' in the "Accountability" section of your MobileNetWorkout account. Any members of your group who respond quickly (before the next notification) will be recognized for their effort in the following exercise notification message.
Can I be in more than one group at a time?
No, at this time, MobileNetWorkout only allows you to be a member of one group at a time.
Is there a maximum group size?
MobileNetWorkout currently limits groups to a maximum of six members. Small workout groups maintain better cohesion among team members and are more effective at supporting the progress of members. If you would like to have a larger group please contact us.
How do I join a different group than I'm currently in?
You must first leave your current group ('My Group' page), then start or find and join the group of your choice. (If you are the leader of your current group, you must first designate a new group leader before leaving your group)
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
You can cancel your membership at any time online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees. If you are on a free trial and would like to avoid charges, simply cancel before your free trial ends. When you cancel your membership, MobileNetWorkout will stop charging you any additional monthly fees. Your exercise notifications will be stopped at the end of the current membership period. If you'd like to stop exercise notifications immediately, you may log into MobileNetWorkout and delete your email address from the "Notification Settings" page.
Do you keep my personal information private?
Yes, your personal information remains private. MobileNetWorkout does not sell, transfer, or disclose personal information to third parties.
